In 1983, Gary Keller established a bold vision and direction for the future of real estate associates. He founded Keller Williams® on the principle that people make a difference. From that single office in Austin, Texas, Keller Williams Realty has grown to nearly 400 mega-offices coast to coast and in three Canadian provinces.

Its system of helping build its associates' careers, combined with an aggressive profit share plan, has put it on track to easily achieve its goal of 500 offices in North America.

In 1995, under Mo Anderson's guidance, as CEO and President, the Company has been on the Franchise 500 top pick list, moving up in standing each year while competing with larger companies.
